Man Candy Blush - is a extremely bright pink blush that blends out really nicely. This is a perfect summer/spring blush for me.

Dragon's Blood - is an absolutely gorgeous forest green color with gold and green sparklies. It has a slight gold shift! This was my GWP with my first order.
Dark Crystal - is a dark plum/grey with pink and silver sparklies. I adore this color.

Lucy in the Sky - is a greyed out blue with a gold shift and some silver and pink sparklies. I love this color.
Verdant Dreams - is a light teal with a ton of light blue sparklies and a slight purple shift. Another amazing color.

Garden of Weedin' - is a dark green with a gold shift and purple sparklies. A must have in my book.

Cupid - is from the Darling Deer Collection. It is a semi-sheer purple with pink and purple sparklies. Very pretty.

Angel Face - is a purple with blue sparklies and a light blue shift. It is awesome.

Taupe a la Mode - is a taupe with a gold shift and multi-colored sparklies. This was the GWP I got with my second order.
Cheap Trick - was the custom made lippie for me! It is a lilac with a extremely noticeable light blue shift. The gloss is so smooth and wonderful. Also, after the gloss wears away, it leaves a light pink color with a still noticeable blue shift.

Darling Girl Cosmetics is an ever growing company that is always adding new products and always motivated to improve. Bit I don't see anything to improve here =]. Susan also has a really awesome collection coming out called Darling Grrl based off of amazing bands. I am extremely excited for this collection and will be purchasing some for sure.

Love,
T

Darling Ghoul Swatchlove!!!

One day while I did my usual facebooking things, I read that Darling Girl Cosmetics was looking for ideas for her upcoming Halloween collection. Now, I've had this eye shadow color I've been wanting for years and no one has ever made that color. So, I thought "I'll give it a try and suggest my dream color." My dream color is: a pearly white with red sparklies. Now, I never realized that she would actually chose to make my color. But when I found out, I was so excited! This color is Dream Scream. I knew it had to be mine. So, in the process of ordering my colors, I ordered a sample set of the Darling Ghoul Collection and a petite of Dream Scream. I haven't ordered from Darling Girl in quite sometime, and I feel like I have fallen in love with this company again. Susan, the owner, has really come a long way and she deserves it 100%. Ready for the swatchlove?

Look at all the cute little extras!

Will-o Wisp - is a gorgeous color. Its a really cute pink with a very strong whitish gold shimmer. I love it.

Apparition - is a chrome color. This was probably my least favorite of the whole collection.

Jack's Lantern - is a dark purple with some red accents to it. I adore this color. I have been craving these types of purples and this one just does it for me. Its perfect.
Witch & Famous - is a taupe with some reddish accents in it. There are also some gold sparklies in it. I usually never like taupes, but I love this color.

Pumpkin Eater - is a soft orange with a green shimmer. This is an awesome color.
Pretty Plasma - is an watery blue color. I thought I would like this color more, but sadly I didn't. Maybe it is because I haven't tried it on my eyes yet.

Scream Queen - is a pearly red. Apparently this is supposed to have sparklies in it but I didn't see any. But I love how this is not a matte like most reds I own tend to be.
Bats in the Belfry - is an brown/olive color. I didn't expect to like this color but I really like it. Its a lot different than any other colors I happen to own.

Crypt Keeper - might look very similar to Bats in the Belfry but you are wrong! Crypt Keeper is more gold toned than olive. I like this color too!
Zombody to Love - is one of my favorites. Its a darkened blue with blue and gold sparklies. I love this color. Perfect for the autumn and winter months.

Thriller - is a quite sheer red with a gold/bronze accenty feel to it. I'm still undecided on this color. I might have to try it in a look to figure out if I really like it or not.

Corpse Candle - was the surprise of the bunch. It is a matte white with purple sparklies! Its so pretty! I love it.

Dream Scream - is a pearl white with red sparklies! This is my color!!!! =] I adore it. Its exactly what I wanted. Thanks, Susan!!!

Candy Corn - is a glitter blend of red, orange, and holographic glitter. How cool is that!
Ghost Light - is a really light pastel blue with a light gold shift. I adore this color. Its such a pretty shade of blue.

 Freebie Time!
Smoking Gun - is a taupe with some purple accents. I think I am loving her taupes.

Monarch - from certain angles reminds me of Fyrinnae's Dark Magik. Its a red base with blue glitter. If the base didn't have the shimmer it would mimic Dark Magik.

Kaleidoscope - is another glitter blend with purple, green, and silver glitter. It reminds me of Mardi Gras.

I love Darling Girl. It is truly amazing. I really want to order some lippies next. But my lippie box is exploding. So, I gotta go through it and get rid of some. Go buy Darling Girl! I command ye!

T

My Shadow Collection Part 1!

I know I've been sayin I would swatch all my shadows by color (mineral or non) eventually. So, since I'm home from school todaii and sick. I thought I would start with my neutral colors. I prolly have the least amount of neutrals because i usually dont wear them and i dont buy as many. I will wait til i get my order from BFTE before i do any other colors (cuz i didnt order any neutrals from them).

1. Clinique Touch Tint for Eyes in Pink Sheen
You can barely see it on me, which is why i put it as a neutral, not a pink.
2. MAC Pigment in Jigs & Jive
This is from the Tartan Tale Collection
3. MAC Pigment in Shimmertime
4. MAC Pigment in Naked
From the Tartan Tale Collection
5. Kat Von D Shadow in Meditation
From the Memento Mori Palette
6. Urban Decay Shadow in Shag
7. DHD shadow in Transparent
8. DHD shadow in Clean Slate
9. DHD shadow in Dirty
10. Darling Girl Cosmetics shadow in Landry
From her Hello Kitty Collection
11. Moonrise Studios shadow in Haute Cocoa
12. Darling Girl shadow in Eye Candy 1
From her surprise shadows
13. Darling Girl shadow in Eye Candy 2
From her surprise shadow
14. Urban Decay Shadow in Underground

My favorite out of all of these would have to be:
DHD in Clean Slate.

My least favorite would have to be:
Clinique in Pink Sheen.

The easiest to put on:
The Darling Girl and DHD shadows

The hardest to put on:
The Urban Decay Shadows

Hope you enjoyed my Collection Part 1!

Darling Girl Cosmetic Surprise!

Only a week ago I ordered 2 "candy jars" from Darling Girl Cosmetics. They were only a dollar so who could resist! i got 2 of em =] The Eye Candy were in jars so its a great buy for a decent amount! Then i even got 2 samples from DG's upcoming Hello Kitty Collection! I received Eye Candy 1, Eye Candy 2, Landry (Hello Kitty) and Charmmy Kitty (Hello Kitty).

Eye Candy 1 is a very nice neutral. Its only a little darker than my pale skin but i always need more neutrals for when I'm lazy and don't wanna go 50 miles for a makeup look.
Eye Candy 2 is darker then the first one and is also a little purpler.
Landry is a brown purple color that would match well with Eye Candy 1 and 2
Charmmy Kitty is a sheer red lip that is extremely smooth on (I'm wearing it now). This would look great over a red lipstick to make it shine!

I am really happy with these colors!!! Even though this isn't a review, i really like all i got =] Don't miss out on DG cosmetics!

Random Blue look.

I was getting bored and had to do my photo assignment, so I decided to create some cool blue look. And heres what I got after using a TON of my blue shadow samples, my favorite blue mascara, and my navy cream liner. =]

Things I used

Now I don't remember where everything was. But these are most of my blue shadows. I dont know what to call this look exactly. I was thinking of Tron, Avatar and Clockwork Orange. This is was what came out. I would like to thank my new MAC brushes for the liner. =]

Darling Girl Cosmetics Review: Lippies!!

So just moments ago, I reviewed Darling Girl Cosmetics Face and Eye samples i received. So now I'm gonna review the other set of samples I ordered which were Lippies. As you can tell I love lippies! lol So i got some gorgeous samples. So, i made a make shift lip brush and tested em on my hand for now cuz my camera didn't want to take lip pictures today. I got Banshee, Strawberries & Cream, Stiletto, Painted Whore, and Delight.
Banshee is a sheer purple with some very pretty sparklies that give a really nice shine to the lips. This would be great to layer over a dark lipstick. This is a liquid lippie.

Strawberries & Cream was this nice pinkie color. It feels really nice on your lips. This is also a liquid.

Stiletto is not the Evil Shades Stiletto, but on the hand it looks rather similar but more creamy. I will have to compare them eventually but this one seems less pigmented and more like a chapstick than a lipstick. So, I'll have to see. This is a solid lippie.

Painted Whore us a really nice red color that is very well pigmented. I find this really pretty. It also felt really nice on my lips. This was also a sold lippie.

Delight is a liquid lippie that is a sheer peach with lots of gold sparklies. This looks nice as the final layer over a lipstick. I actually like wearing this just by itself for some sparkle.

Overall I love these lippies, but they aren't my favorite. But i do adore their prices and I will have to experiment more with the lip colors. I love their eye things and I am definitely going to buy lots of eye things from them in the future. I definitely suggest Darling Girl Cosmetics for your future beauty purchases. I know I will!

Love,
T
P.S. I just ordered tons of new companies to review so there is more to come! Also, i will start doing daily look posts again. Eventually i wanted to do a color comparison post of all my different shadows. =]
P.P.S Do you have any ideas of new companies to try or products? Just let me know what you wanna see and I'll order it. Remember I only want to review independent companies.

Darling Girl Cosmetics Review: Face and Eyes!

So i ordered a ton of samples from the highly told about Darling Girl Cosmetics. After reading some of the reviews that Makeup Zombie did, i had to try them. So, when i entered the absolutely adorable site, i saw they had a Blogger pack. So I ordered 2 for $2!!! Amazing i know. You were to receive 5 samples of what you wanted! So i asked for El Diablo, Raven (both cream liners), Peep Show, Groovology, and Mystic for my eyes. Then she sent me a free sample of this amazing pink blush called Pink Outrage. Now, for bloggers she said she usually didn't send out cream liner samples for the pack, but i was special and got em anyway. Thanks Darling, your amazing! So lets get some pics on!
Now I'm going to start raving. THESE ARE SO AMAZING! They were so smooth and pigmented that after one swoop i was like "Wow i want all of these!" and for $6.50 i might go get a few.
El Diablo is a pretty plum/red shade that is so creamy. The picture makes it look like a bronze, but its really a plumish shade.
Raven is amazing! Its a navy almost black shade with some lovely sparkles that i am in love with! This is one I'm definitely buying. It looks asolutly amazing and i love it to death!

Pink Outrage is the free blush sample i received. This is actually a lot brighter then the picture. But don't be scared of it. It blends really well and is really soft. It feels so amazing on the skin. It smooths it out almost like its a foundation too. I love it but i most likely wouldn't but this color. Maybe more of a peach tone. But this is really awesome if you love pinks!

Peep Show is a very pretty straight blue color with a lot of blue sparkles. This was really smooth and i only did 2 swoops to get this lovely color.
Groovology is a gorgeous bright violet with amazing violet sparkles. This one was also smooth and very pretty.

Mystic was the last eyeshadow i got. This one was a grey black (this picture is really bad i know) with multicolored sparklies. But they are mostly red sparklies which i find really pretty.

Part 1 overall I am lusting for more! For their amazing prices and lovely colors and their different products, this company is ranked at the number one spot for me. They have tons of stuff like liquid liner for $3.00 and shadows for $4.00 and blushes for $4.00, this site is definitely worth your while! I'm browsing for what i want next =]. I think I'm gonna order a aqua liner and some cream liners! Next review is the lippie review!

Love,
T
